Measurement applications in conventional systems use only a single camera to view the entire object. The high-accuracy tele-centirc lenses also have a limited FOV which restricts imaging bigger sized components. To address such cases, we have developed a unique technique to install multiple cameras to cover the entire job . These cameras once mounted in 3D space are calibrated with each other using a calibration target. During inspection the results of each of them are co-related with the calibration data to report the actual measurement of the job.
