Semitronik has developed a Camera based Shaving Blade Inspection system. The system very precisely inspects the object and identifies the following defects:-
- Lubra Missing
- Lubra Shifted
- Lubra Damage
- Spacer between two blades missing
- Cartridge assembly damage
- Gluedrop Missing
