The loom data monitor (LDM) is a product data collector for any type of weaving machine. It memorizes out put, stoppages, various times and any other information dispensable for optimizing the output of a weaving shed.
LDM sends data to an application server using radio frequency based wireless communication system.

The tensionless weft feeding device weft accumulator has been introduced to eliminate weft yarn feeding problems on shuttle less loom with a maximum weft yarn demand of 1500 mtrs/min. per colour.
The weft accumulator unit can be used for spun as well as continues filament yarns in coarse and fine counts.
The unit is with a stationary yarn drum, which provides special advantages during the operation cycle.

System measures the % moisture on the material it is exposed to.
MOISTRON range of instruments work on the principle of measurement of resistance of yarn or fabric/paper etc. which is a relating logarithmic function of moisture content.
The equipment can be installed on sizing machine stenters, drying machines where moisture content at the exit end is required to be kept uniform.
