After hundreds of successful installations; Semitronik has gathered the experience and expertise to design and implement special purpose machines (SPM) required for automatic inspection systems. Such systems involve mechanical transport systems, conveyors, pick and place, rejection systems, object sensors, PLCs to provide a base for automatic inspection of any object/process.  SPMs for product inspection are widely used for quality control and they eliminate visual inspection, thus increasing productivity with zero error. Our in-house design, fabrication and testing facility enable us to provide such end-to-end solutions custom designed as per application requirement.
